VnS Group took over Naammo BV and Stempeltempel BV plus its foreign affiliated companies

It is planned that the business of both companies will continue as usual, and will continue under their separate names respectly.
The Naammo office at Venlo will be closed and transfered when possible. The Naammo branch office in Venlo will be transferred to Houten as soon as possible, where after that 28 employees will be ready for sales and stamp production. Both companies will remain working under their own name for the time being.

By this take over VnS Group becomes one of the biggest stampcompanies in Europe with state of the art production-
facilities and access to all major brands.
